This Agreement is personal to You and You may not transfer, delegate, or assign this Agreement, your referral network, your BigDevil.com account or other benefits you receive as a BigDevil.com Member to anyone. Any attempt by You to assign or delegate this Agreement shall be null and void. BigDevil.com may assign this Agreement at its sole discretion

We recognize the global nature of the Internet. You agree to comply with any and all local laws or rules regarding your conduct online including the downloading of documents that may be prohibited under laws that apply to your country of residence.

Integration; Severability; General

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and BigDevil, its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by BigDevil.

Irregular search activity:

Searching continually for the same keyword would be considered as malpractice done for earning more points at BigDevil so do not indulge in such practice.

Fraud activity:

In consideration of your use of the Bigdevil, you agree to: a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Bigdevil Registration Process; and b) maintain and promptly update your Bigdevil Registration data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. Bigdevil has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate. Refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.
