• Where Did All My Points Go?

  All your Big Devil points for last month have been entered into our Monthly Big Devil Sweepstakes. Your Points' counter will reset to "0" last day of every month. Winnings for the Sweepstakes for the last month will be announced within 7 days by email and will be posted on Member Winnings page.

• I won a Prize at BigDevil - When will I receive it?

  You should receive your prize within 2-3 weeks from the day of winning. Once you claim your prize you can checkMy Account for specific redemption details and Prize Status Updates. If prize status shows "Pending" " that means your prize is under processing by our staff and when the prize status changes to "Dispatched", it means that your prize has been sent to you either by Postal Services or delivered Digitally.
  
  Other reason is non-confirmation of your account. We only mail prizes to confirmed Account Users. Please read our Terms and Conditions
  
  To confirm your account please follow the link in your Welcome email (when you 1st registered with us). If you don't receive a welcome email click here to resend account confirmation mail . Please add mail@bigdevil.com in your safe list or address book for proper receipt of emails from us.

• My friend won a prize. Why didn’t I win the same prize?

  Only the friend who invited you to join BigDevil wins when you win. The BigDevil Friends Club works like this- You invite friends to join BigDevil. When one of the friends you invited wins on BigDevil, you win the same prize.
  
  For example, you invited a friend, Mike, to join BigDevil. If Mike surfs on BigDevil and wins a prize, you win the same prize. But if you surf and win on BigDevil, Mike does not win the same prize. The reason our program was structured this way is because we want to encourage you to invite more friends. The person who invites friends to Sign up gets the benefit when his/her friends win.
